What's it to like? The staff were all super helpful & accommodating - from arranging a taxi to pick us up from the airport at 3.00am, to the loan of a teleférico card, and storage of our luggage when we went off for a 3-day tour of the Salar de Uyuni. The rooms were lovely - well-equipped and with amazing views to the south of the city - and the waiting areas all had free tea along with the obligatory coca leaves....remember, you're at over 3,600m here! Food was great. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our day, especially trying out all the Bolivian specialities. We ate here once in the evening and again, the food was great and the cocktail bars (even though we didn't indulge) were oh-so-tempting. We loved the location - it was quieter than the central part of town, next to a cable car station and within an easy walk of the Sopachachi district. If you want to be next to places such as The Witches Market, you might want to be more more central...but we didn't.

Everything was great. The staff are so helpful and kind - they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Location - great, right next to a telefric station. It is also in the same building as a mall so you have access to a food court if you need one. There is a nice chinese restaurant that we went to a couple of times (same street as the hotel). Rooms - the room we got on the 12th floor had a fantatsic view of Mt Illimani and the city. Very comfortable beds and the shower was great. Restaurant - we ate in Terra one night and it was really good. I had the burger and my wife had empanadas. Our son is a very fussy eater but the restaurant staff were amazing, they gave us exactly what we needed. A sweet lady working there even gave my son a gingerbread man cookie which made him really happy :). Spa - my wife went for a relaxing massage (additional cost) and she liked it. Overall, fantastic stay and we would gladly stay here again.

Unfortunately i stayed only one night, but for the price paid is an absolutely stunning hotel. The staff is incredible, i was really look after at check in (i don’t remember the names of the 2 employees) and the man at the bar was amazing. He let me taste some of the best bolivian drinks, while explaining me the historical side. Breakfast staff also special, looking after me and all the other guest. In the end, Carla and Daniel, made the checkout really smooth and kept my luggage for two days in deposit, because i had to go on an excursion. The room has everything and the view on the city is stunning. Super recommended

The location can’t be beat. The cable cars, which serve as La Paz’s metro, are steps away. You’re in a vibrant neighborhood with shops, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel provides free passes to a fabulous gym in the attached mall. The historic center is easily accessed. This is the nicest place I’ve stayed in Bolivia. I love the floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning mountain views. The WiFi works well and the staff speaks fluent English. For my last visit to La Paz, I stayed at a different hotel with a higher rating. This is better. It’s my preferred place to stay.

Great place to stay in La Paz. I could check in earlier, which was very kind. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a nice view. Everything is clean and the breakfast is very full and you are able to order from the menu. The WiFi worked well. The location is perfect.. Down there is a nice mall with a food court and nearby there are two cable cars which you can use to get around La Paz. I can highly recommend this place although it is not the cheapest but in my opinion good value for the money.
